Our Purpose

Our Purpose at Word International Ministries Ontario is to be a community of believers building people to become disciples of Jesus Christ who are living a WORD-centred life.

Our Core Values

We have four core values that also form the acronym W.O.R.D.

WORSHIP – To BLESS the Lord

OUTREACH – To BUILD the Kingdom

RELATIONSHIP – To BELONG to a family

DISCIPLESHIP – To BECOME a winner

We also call our church WIN Ontario, taken from Word INternational Ontario. We use this to remind ourselves that our mission is to WIN people for the Lord and to make them winners in life.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Pastor Jong, Senior Pastor

Pastor Jong has a passion for teaching and leadership training. He has served at WIN Ontario for the past nine  years and also serves as the Regional Director for Word International Canada. He holds a Certificate in Divinity Studies from Asian Theological Seminary. He and his wife Nicole have two children, Miguel and Gabrielle.
